KnowYourGeo
KnowYourGeo is a free training app for GeoGuessr players who want to improve, not just chase a score. Players practice on Google Street View, place guesses on a map and review each round to see which clues they missed.
Key features
- Map pickers for world or continent rounds
- Moving / No Move and timer constraints
- AI round review that highlights street signs and regional meta
- Field guides and player profiles that log sessions and weak spots
- Email and Google sign-in
- AI analysis runs on secured, rate-limited server routes, so API keys never reach the browser
Tech stack
Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS v4, Google Maps and Street View, Google Gemini, Supabase Auth, Upstash Redis.
